Service descriptions on the website are for informational purposes only and do not replace an in-person consultation to determine the appropriate plan for your individual case.

3. Booking & Appointments

Appointments can be booked through the website or via approved communication channels (such as WhatsApp or telephone). Booking confirmation is subject to the clinic's process, and attendance confirmation may be required prior to your appointment. Rescheduling or postponements are arranged by mutual agreement with the clinic based on availability. Please honour your appointment or notify the clinic in a timely manner — repeated no-shows without notice may affect future booking eligibility.

4. Payment & Cancellation

Accepted payment methods are as announced by the clinic (cash, card, bank transfer, or other). Payment is made in accordance with the clinic's instructions at the time of service, or as per package terms where applicable. In the event of appointment cancellation or no-show, the clinic's cancellation policy may apply (e.g. advance notice of 24 hours or more), and a cancellation fee may be charged as communicated at the time of booking. Rescheduling within the stated policy is not considered a cancellation.

5. Liability & Warranties

Citadel Clinics is committed to professional standards and reasonable care in delivering its services. However, treatment outcomes vary from person to person depending on the condition and adherence to aftercare instructions. The clinic does not guarantee specific results unless explicitly stated in a written agreement or contract.
