Important Notice for Apple Review & Users: The App is a utility interface connecting to the external Kizensoft booking management system. The App itself does not collect, store, process, or manage any medical, health, or highly regulated sensitive data.

2. Data Collection and Usage

The App acts as a pass-through interface to the Kizensoft API.

  • Booking Information: To schedule an appointment, the App transmits basic contact information (such as Name and Phone Number) directly to the Kizensoft backend via a secure API.
  • No Health Data: The App does not ask for, process, or store medical records, diagnoses, or any health-related information.

3. Data Storage

  • No Local Storage of Sensitive Data: The App does not store any personal or medical data on the user's device.
  • No Proprietary Backend Storage: We do not maintain separate databases for this App. All booking transactions are instantly routed to and managed by Kizensoft, the primary Data Controller.

4. Third-Party Services

The App relies on Kizensoft for all backend scheduling and data management. By using this App to book an appointment, your basic contact data is processed by Kizensoft according to their respective privacy standards and terms of service.

2. جمع واستخدام البيانات

يعمل التطبيق كقناة مرور (Pass-through) لواجهة برمجة تطبيقات كايزن (Kizensoft API).
